Hydrogen water is regular water infused with extra molecular hydrogen gas (H₂). It's produced through electrolysis using our advanced PEM technology, allowing water to retain dissolved hydrogen that offers powerful antioxidant properties.

2. How many PPB of hydrogen does HYDRION produce?

HYDRION generates up to 5,000 ppb (5 ppm) of dissolved hydrogen—that's more than double what many competitors offer.

3. Where do you ship?

We ship worldwide from our fulfillment center. Shipping times vary by destination, but most orders arrive within 5-7 business days.

4. How long will processing take?

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days before shipping.

5. How can I track my order?

Once your package ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it every step of the way.

6. What is your return policy?

We accept returns or exchanges within 30 days of delivery for items in original condition. Contact our support team at info@gethydrion.com before sending any item back.

7. How do you use HYDRION?

Remove the cap and add plain water (ideally filtered or purified) to the bottle until full. Use the touch screen to activate the HYDRION electrolysis cycle. For best results, drink your hydrogen-enriched water shortly after it is ready.

8. How often should I use HYDRION?

We suggest intermittent use, drinking 2-3 bottles per day spaced throughout the day. Hydrogen doesn't accumulate in the body; it's active for a short window and then cleared.

9. Is HYDRION safe?

Yes. HYDRION is CE/RoHS and FCC certified. The US FDA recognizes hydrogen gas as a food additive that is generally recognized as safe. Research confirms that hydrogen water is safe to consume.

10. How should I care for my HYDRION bottle?

Clean gently with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid harsh cleaners or submerging the electronic components in water. The bottle is water-resistant but not waterproof.

11. What's included in the box?

Each HYDRION bottle comes with a USB-C charging cable, quick start guide, and premium foam packaging.

12. Can I change or cancel my order?
